1. The Service
GAMBURRY INC ("Gamburry", "we", "us") provides a social community where eligible users can connect, share interests and media, participate in communities and communicate through available features. General community access at launch is free. Registration or particular features can remain restricted during private testing.
These Terms describe the social Service. They do not authorize regulated gambling, money-transfer or investment services, guarantee a paid feature's availability, or introduce an auto-renewing subscription. Any paid or regulated offering would require its own appropriate disclosures, permissions and terms before use.
Where acceptance is required, the relevant Terms must be presented through an appropriate acceptance process. Reading our Privacy Policy or a legal page alone does not waive your statutory rights.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by the laws that apply to you or to a particular feature. If you are below the age of legal majority, involve a parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission required by applicable law. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass a restriction.
Creating a social account does not make adult-only or regulated activities suitable for minors. Gambling recruitment, financial exploitation, grooming and adult-only material must not be directed to minors or made available to them contrary to law and applicable restrictions.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information where required, protect account-access information and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not impersonate another person, use credentials without permission or create accounts to evade a legitimate restriction.
Social sign-in can be used when a supported option is available and properly configured. The provider's own terms govern your relationship with it. Reasonable verification may be required for an access or safety request; do not email passwords, access tokens or recovery codes.
4. Community conduct
Do not use the Service for scams, fraud, phishing, money laundering, unlawful gambling, unlicensed regulated offers, harassment, credible threats, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, doxxing, spam or other unlawful conduct.
Do not solicit minors for gambling or financial arrangements. Do not falsely claim that Gamburry guarantees a deal, verifies a partner, operates an escrow for your arrangement or will reimburse a loss.
Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, infringe intellectual-property/privacy rights, or collect users' personal information without appropriate authorization. Automated access must comply with law and applicable access permissions; these Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Use available report controls or contact spytoolstld@gmail.com about abuse. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Gamburry is not an emergency-response provider.
5. Content ownership and permission
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. Only share material you have the right to use and obtain necessary permission for other people's information, images or work.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and technically adapt your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the Service and the audience-sharing choices you make. Relevant service providers may exercise these limited rights for those purposes. Ownership is not transferred, and this is not an unrelated commercial endorsement right.
The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent continued processing is reasonably necessary for delivery already requested, lawful retention, security, backup lifecycle or recipient copies as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Visibility and moderation
Review sharing choices before posting. Other people may copy or redistribute information they receive. No online service can prevent every misuse.
We may assess reports, limit distribution or features, remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, rule enforcement or service integrity. We will provide notice, reasons and review opportunities where legally required and appropriate; immediate action may be necessary where notice would create a risk or be unlawful.
Contact spytoolstld@gmail.com about a decision or apparent mistake. A reporting route does not promise a fixed response time, recovery of funds, removal of every copy, universal identity checks or that scams can never happen.
7. Free access, optional features and external arrangements
Standard community access does not require a subscription at launch. An optional balance, credit or activity record is not by itself a bank deposit, an investment, insurance, an escrow agreement or a promise of cash redemption. Do not rely on a label or another member's claim as evidence of a financial guarantee.
If a paid offering is later made available, its price, material conditions and any applicable renewal, cancellation or refund terms must be provided before purchase. These Terms alone do not enroll you in such an offering.
Posts, profiles, Pages and external links are not a promise of earnings, winnings, payout reliability, endorsement or another person's trustworthiness. Gamburry does not guarantee member or off-platform arrangements under this social-community service. Be cautious about payment requests and requests for confidential information.
8. Privacy and third parties

External sites, embedded services and sign-in providers can have their own terms and information practices. A link or community presence does not itself establish verification, sponsorship or a guarantee by Gamburry.
9. Our materials and service changes
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use available features for their intended social-community purposes. Rights in the software, branding, designs and other Service materials remain with us or their respective licensors, excluding rights you retain in your own content.
We may maintain, change, restrict or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and required notice. These Terms do not provide an uptime SLA or a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
10. Closing or restricting an account
You can request account deletion through an available Delete account control or by email, following https://gamburry.com/pages/delete-account. Signing out, revoking a provider connection or removing an app shortcut is not necessarily a deletion request.
We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation, legal requirement or credible safety/security concern, subject to applicable law. Notice or an opportunity to address a problem will be provided where required and appropriate. Account deletion and any lawful retention follow the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or financial results. Community discussion is not professional financial, legal, medical or gambling advice from Gamburry.
Nothing here excludes a duty, warranty, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for conduct whose exclusion would be unlawful. No zero-dollar liability cap, mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver or unlimited consumer indemnity is introduced by these Terms.
12. Concerns and applicable law
Contact spytoolstld@gmail.com to raise a concern or seek resolution. This does not restrict protected complaint rights, regulator access or access to competent courts.
Applicable law determines the law and court jurisdiction relevant to a dispute, including non-waivable protections that apply to a user. These Terms do not designate an exclusive US state, override mandatory local rights or require arbitration.
13. Updates and contact
We will identify approved changes by their effective date and provide notice and consent opportunities as required by law. Material changes must not be applied retroactively in a way prohibited by law.
