Account and Data-Deletion Instructions

1. Request deletion by email
Send an email to spytoolstld@gmail.com with the subject "Gamburry account/data deletion request". Where possible, use the email associated with your Gamburry account.
Include your username or profile link, the account email, and whether you want to delete the whole account or request deletion of particular personal information. If you used Facebook, Google or Apple sign-in, mention the provider so we can identify the associated account information.
Do not send passwords, provider access tokens, private keys, recovery codes, financial credentials or unnecessary identity documents. If you no longer control the account email, explain the situation. Reasonable verification of ownership or authority may be needed; emailing a request does not bypass account-security checks.
2. In-account deletion, when available
If your signed-in account settings display a Delete account control, follow its instructions and confirmation steps. Read the warnings before confirming, because deletion may be irreversible.
If the control is missing, fails, or you cannot sign in, use the email route above. Closing the browser, signing out, removing a shortcut or uninstalling an app does not necessarily submit an account-deletion request.
3. Facebook Login data
If you used Facebook Login, the same email route lets you request deletion of the associated Gamburry account/data. Identify your Gamburry account and mention Facebook. You do not have to create a fresh Facebook login session just to send the request.
You can separately revoke Gamburry's access using Facebook's Apps and websites settings. Google and Apple offer corresponding account-connection controls. Provider labels may change.
Revoking access does not by itself confirm that Gamburry has received a deletion request or deleted information previously stored in Gamburry. Use our email or available in-account control for that request. Gamburry cannot delete your Facebook, Google or Apple account.

4. Processing and scope
We assess the request, reasonably verify ownership/authority where needed, and handle valid requests without undue delay and within deadlines required by applicable law. We will explain a relevant exception, needed verification or permitted extension rather than treating an unresolved request as completed. You may request a progress update through the same email contact.
Account deletion addresses the account and associated active application records. The native process removes relevant account/content relationships, but removing a profile is not proof that every uploaded file, backup, external cache or recipient copy has instantly disappeared. Uploaded media, provider-link information and residual records may require additional processing as part of a valid request.
Limited information may need to be retained for legal obligations, credible fraud/security concerns, disputes or valid legal holds. Retention must have a legitimate purpose and appropriate access limits. Where relevant, we will explain what cannot yet be removed and why, including any information about timing required by law.
Other people's screenshots, exported copies, independent reposts and third-party caches can remain outside our control. We cannot promise deletion from systems we do not control.
5. Children and authorized representatives
A parent, guardian or properly authorized representative can contact spytoolstld@gmail.com about a relevant data concern. Provide enough information to identify the account and your authority without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
The general-community minimum age is 13, subject to higher local requirements. Report a suspected under-13 account or unauthorized child-data collection using the same contact. We will assess the concern and take appropriate action under applicable law.
