Privacy Policy

General policy information, not individual legal advice. Your applicable statutory rights remain protected.

Effective: 19 October 2026 Operator: GAMBURRY INC, United States Privacy and data-deletion contact: spytoolstld@gmail.com

1. About this policy

GAMBURRY INC ("Gamburry", "we", "us") operates the Gamburry social community at https://gamburry.com. This policy explains personal-information practices for our current community, account, content, communication, support and safety features. General community access is intended to be free. Some features or registration may remain unavailable during private testing.

The general community has a minimum age of 13, or a higher age where applicable law requires it. Paid, adult-only or regulated activities are not authorized merely by creating a social account. This policy does not promise that every feature is available or that a third-party account connection has been approved.

2. Information we handle

Account and profile information can include your name, username, email address, account authentication and recovery information, profile picture, biography, interests, and age or location information where you choose or are asked to provide it.

Community information includes the content and activity you submit through available features: posts, comments, reactions, follows, media, messages, and participation in groups, Pages or other communities. If you use an optional feature that creates a balance, credit or transaction record, the corresponding activity can also form part of your account information. Free account access is not itself a payment or financial-service agreement.

Support and safety records include correspondence, reports, account-access requests and information reasonably needed to assess abuse, fraud, privacy requests or security issues.

Technical information can include IP addresses, browser/device details, request times, error information, session records and site preferences. Media you upload may contain embedded metadata. Review files and audience settings before sharing information about yourself or another person.

3. Google, Facebook and Apple sign-in

When you choose an available social-sign-in option, the provider may return an account identifier and permitted information such as your name, email or profile picture. This depends on the provider, its permissions and your choices. Apple may return a relay email address.

We use the returned information to authenticate you and manage the account connection. We do not receive your Google, Facebook or Apple password. You can manage permissions through the provider's account settings; revoking a connection does not by itself delete your Gamburry account.

Providers process information under their own notices: Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy Meta/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Purposes

We use relevant information to operate and maintain the Service; create and secure accounts; deliver content and communications to their intended audiences; provide the features you request; maintain preferences; respond to questions and privacy requests; investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents; enforce applicable rules; and meet legal obligations.

Where a use requires consent or another legal condition, the relevant condition must be satisfied. This policy is not an unrestricted permission to use your information for unrelated advertising, data brokerage or AI training.

5. Visibility and recipients

Content shared publicly may be seen, indexed, copied or redistributed by others. Where audience controls are available, check the selection before posting. Group, Page and conversation participants can receive information according to the feature and its settings. Recipients may keep copies or screenshots outside our control.

Authorized personnel and service providers may handle information as reasonably necessary for infrastructure hosting, database and media storage, email delivery when configured, technical support, security and service operation. The current media-storage configuration uses local server storage; this is not a promise that every record or backup is stored only in the United States.

We may disclose relevant information in response to a valid legal requirement, to address credible safety/security threats or misuse, or in connection with a lawful business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer. Applicable safeguards, purpose limitations and notice requirements still apply.

Third-party sign-in providers, external sites and embedded services can act under their own privacy notices. A link, profile or Page does not mean that Gamburry guarantees the external service or its operator.

6. Cookies and technical choices

Essential cookies and similar storage support sign-in, session security, social-login state and preferences. Blocking essential storage can prevent features from working. Built-in usage analytics is currently disabled. These legal pages do not load advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Third-party content or services you choose to use may have their own storage and tracking behavior. Before introducing processing that needs additional notice or consent, we must provide the required information and choices. Your browser can manage or delete stored cookies. A browser's general Do Not Track setting does not necessarily trigger a separate change in the Service; contact us about legally applicable privacy choices.

7. Storage and security

The website uses HTTPS. Account, community and uploaded-media records are handled through the production application's storage systems and relevant service providers. Information may be processed outside your state or country; applicable safeguards and transfer requirements must be observed.

We use safeguards appropriate to the risks, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy does not promise end-to-end encrypted messaging, a particular certification, or that fraud and unauthorized copying can never occur. Keep account credentials private and report suspected compromise.

8. Retention

Retention depends on why information is held, whether the account is active, the nature of the content, a deletion request, unresolved safety/security matters, disputes, applicable record-keeping obligations and valid legal holds. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal requirements.

Deleting an account is not a promise that every copy instantly disappears. Uploaded files, backup copies and limited legal/security records may require separate processing or retention. Other people's copies and external caches may remain outside our control. Continued retention must have a legitimate purpose and appropriate access limits. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your request.

9. Requests and rights

Depending on applicable law and its exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete personal information; restrict or object to certain uses; withdraw consent; opt out of covered sale/sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; or appeal a request decision.

Email spytoolstld@gmail.com and describe your request. We may reasonably verify account ownership or authority before acting. We will handle valid requests within the deadlines required by applicable law, explain an applicable exception or permitted extension, and provide any legally required appeal information. Exercising a protected right must not result in unlawful discrimination.

Some information can be changed through available account settings. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Additional rights, complaint routes or notices may apply in your jurisdiction; contact us if you need clarification about your circumstances.

10. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion by email or through the Delete account control when available in your account settings. Detailed instructions are at https://gamburry.com/pages/delete-account.

Removing Gamburry from a social provider, signing out or uninstalling a shortcut does not necessarily submit a Gamburry deletion request. Do not email passwords, access tokens, private keys, recovery codes or unnecessary identity documents.

11. Children and teens

The general community is not intended for children under 13. Do not register if you are under 13. A higher minimum age or parental/guardian authorization may apply under local law. Minors should involve a parent or guardian as required and avoid sharing sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

If we learn that we collected a child's information in circumstances requiring authorization that was not obtained, we will take appropriate steps to restrict access and address the information, including deletion where required. Parents and guardians can contact spytoolstld@gmail.com with enough information to identify the concern, without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

A 13+ account does not authorize gambling, financial solicitation or adult-only activity directed at minors. Eligibility and conduct restrictions also appear in our Terms.

12. Changes and contact

We will identify updates by their effective date and provide additional notice or choices where required by law. This policy does not override mandatory privacy or consumer rights.
