Support customers on a US program from our Lahore center over chat and calls, resolving inquiries, concerns and service requests within defined timelines. On this US program you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out over chat and calls. The job is to give them accurate information quickly, resolve their issue within the defined timelines, and leave them with a consistently positive experience. Excellent written and spoken English matters more here than prior experience. You will need to be comfortable working rotational or night shifts to match US hours.
