Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via various channels (phone, email, etc.). Provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints. Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate customer issues. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams. Follow communication guidelines and procedures for each customer interaction. Assist in maintaining customer records and updating information. Contribute to team objectives and company goals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
