Responsibilities: Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs.Administer medications and prescribed treatments.Provide nursing care and support to patients.Conduct antenatal and postnatal assessments and care.Assist with labour, delivery, and immediate newborn care.Monitor mothers and newborns and identify potential complications.Educate patients on health, hygiene, family planning, and maternal care.Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies.Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and proper ward hygiene.Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families.Comply with professional nursing and midwifery standards and organisational policies.
