Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial performance to operational managers and senior stakeholders. Part-qualified, finalist, newly qualified or fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA candidates will all be considered. Desirable Experience Experience using Xero or similar SME finance systems. Exposure to Procore or comparable project management/accounting platforms. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working in a growing business where finance processes and controls are continuing to evolve. A commercially curious mindset and a proactive approach to improving financial performance.
