You'll begin with hands on experience in customer engagement and sales while developing the skills needed to progress into team support, training and leadership. What you'll be doing You'll learn the fundamentals of: • Customer engagement • Sales and customer acquisition • Brand representation • Campaign delivery • Communication • Performance management You'll work directly with customers and receive regular training and coaching. The Leadership Track Progression is based on your development and performance.
