Web Developer / Software Engineer Company: Mood Espresso LLC Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Summary Mood Espresso LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer / Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve the company’s website, software applications, and internal business systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team and relevant departments to enhance system performance, streamline business processes, and support the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website and web-based applications. Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions based on business requirements. Support ERP systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with system integration and customization. Develop and maintain APIs, databases, and integrations between business applications. Improve website performance, security, usability, and mobile responsiveness. Identify and resolve software bugs, system errors, and technical issues. Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Maintain technical documentation, source code, and system configuration records. Conduct software testing, updates, backups, and routine maintenance. Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with applicable information security practices. Recommend improvements to existing systems, workflows, and digital tools. Provide technical support and user guidance when required. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in web development and software engineering. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks. Experience with backend programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js. Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Experience with REST APIs, software integrations, and version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with ERP systems, website administration, and business application support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving. Preferred Skills Experience with ERP implementation, customization, or integration. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online business systems. Familiarity with cloud hosting, server management, and website security. Experience with reporting tools, automation, and workflow optimization. Understanding of software development lifecycle practices.
