Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker Company: Star Gallery Mart Location: Sharjah, UAE – On-Site Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Electronics Retail & E-Commerce About the Role Star Gallery Mart is looking for an energetic, organized, creative, and sales-driven Customer Service, Social Media & Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess excellent communication and sales skills, and be capable of managing customer inquiries, online sales, social media activities, and influencer collaborations. We are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable communicating with influencers, coordinating promotional campaigns, and preferably appearing in videos to present, explain, and promote our products in Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Online Sales Respond professionally to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, mobile application, and social media. Assist customers with product specifications, prices, availability, and orders. Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication, upselling, and cross-selling. Follow up on pending, abandoned, and incomplete orders. Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions with relevant departments. Maintain high customer satisfaction and fast response times. 2. Delivery, Returns & Refunds Coordinate with delivery companies regarding customer orders. Track delayed, unsuccessful, and returned deliveries. Follow up on cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds. Keep customers informed until their issues are fully resolved. 3. Social Media Management Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. Publish product promotions, daily offers, stories, and other approved content. Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries. Manage customer communication through Meta Business Suite. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products and campaigns. Monitor social media engagement, reach, and performance. 4. Influencer Coordination & Campaign Management Research and identify suitable UAE-based Arabic and English-speaking influencers. Contact influencers, request advertising rates, and negotiate collaboration packages. Coordinate influencer visits to Star Gallery Mart branches. Arrange products, filming schedules, promotional messages, and campaign requirements. Work directly with influencers during filming to ensure products are presented correctly. Prepare product information, key selling points, promotional prices, and video concepts before filming. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to select attractive and profitable products for promotion. Ensure influencer videos clearly promote Star Gallery Mart, its website, mobile application, and available offers. Follow up on content approvals, publishing schedules, and campaign deliverables. Monitor influencer performance, including views, engagement, inquiries, and generated sales. Target: Coordinate at least one suitable influencer collaboration per week. 5. Product Video Creation & On-Camera Presentation (Preferred) We highly value candidates who are confident speaking in front of a camera and creating engaging product videos. Present and explain Star Gallery Mart products in Arabic and/or English. Create short product demonstration videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts. Explain product features, benefits, prices, promotions, and special offers. Participate in product unboxing, demonstrations, comparisons, and promotional videos. Work with the videographer and marketing team to create attractive, sales-focused content. Assist influencers during filming and participate in collaborative videos when required. Suggest creative video ideas, attention-grabbing openings, and product presentation concepts. Encourage viewers to visit our branches, website, or download the Star Gallery Mart application. On-camera presentation and UGC video creation experience are strong advantages but are not mandatory. 6. Inventory & Product Coordination Monitor product availability and stock levels. Coordinate with the warehouse, purchasing department, and suppliers. Suggest suitable alternatives when requested products are unavailable. Verify product specifications and availability before promoting products or confirming orders. 7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare regular customer service and online sales reports. Track customer inquiries, sales conversions, complaints, and unresolved issues. Report social media performance, including reach, views, and engagement. Maintain influencer collaboration records, costs, schedules, and campaign results. Report pending deliveries, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Suggest improvements to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and sales. Job Requirements Fluent Arabic and English – Mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing). Previous experience in customer service, online sales, social media management, or related fields. Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills. Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. Ability to identify, communicate with, and coordinate UAE influencers. Experience using Meta Business Suite is preferred. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. Basic knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, accessories, and consumer products is an advantage. Confidence in front of a camera and product presentation skills are highly preferred. UGC content creation, product demonstrations, and short-form video experience are strong advantages. UAE work experience is preferred.
