Competitive remuneration package Accessible Working Location, Close to MRT 3 Shifts or 2 Shifts available As a Staff Nurse - Urgent Care Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties: Assess patients’ physical, psychological and social needs to determine the urgency of care and prioritise treatment accordingly. Obtain and document patients’ medical histories, presenting complaints, vital signs and current medications accurately. Provide safe, compassionate and patient-centred nursing care while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Monitor patients’ conditions, conduct regular clinical assessments and promptly report any changes to the medical team. Assist doctors with physical examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatment interventions. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescriptions and established clinical protocols. Educate patients on their conditions, medications, treatment plans and follow-up care. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety and clinical standards. Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate timely assessment, treatment and discharge of patients. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
