The role will handle customer enquiries, complaints, onboarding support, and issue resolution across phone, chat, email, and in-person channels. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and the Operations team to resolve customer issues, maintain accurate support records, identify recurring service challenges, and contribute to a consistently positive customer experience.RequirementsOND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support. Experience in fintech, telecommunications, or a related industry is an advantage. Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State. Familiarity with Ibadan’s communities and common customer touchpoints is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, empathy, patience, and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer-support tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with field and operational teams.
