Our plans cover Weight Loss, Vegetarian, Value and Muscle Gain. We also run a restaurant and sell on Talabat, Noon and Keeta. We want a sales hunter who also looks after our customers. You will turn leads into paying meal plan clients. You will keep them happy so they renew. You will fix problems fast and keep the customer smiling. This is not a sit and wait job. You chase, you close and you own your numbers. What you will do Sales Call, WhatsApp and follow up every lead from Meta ads, the website, the app and walk ins Reply to new leads fast. Same hour, not same day Explain our plans and match each customer to the right one Close meal plan sales and hit your monthly target Push hard in the first 8 and last 8 days of the month when sales peak Upsell longer plans, add ons and renewals Win back past customers who stopped ordering Sell our offers and campaigns with energy Log every lead, call and sale in the CRM. No lead goes cold Customer service Handle customer chats, calls and complaints on WhatsApp, phone and social media Sort out delivery issues, plan changes, pauses and food feedback Work with the kitchen and delivery team to fix problems on the spot Turn unhappy customers into repeat customers Share customer feedback with the team so we keep getting better Help with orders on Talabat, Noon and Keeta when needed Who we want Must have Hungry for sales.
