Oversee all nursing operations within the IVF department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.Develop and implement evidence-based nursing protocols and procedures specific to assisted reproductive technologies and patient journeys.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IVF nurses, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment focused on patient outcomes.Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines in IVF nursing practice. Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) with a strong clinical background in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.Current RN license in good standing and relevant certifications such as RN, APN, or specialized IVF certifications.Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an IVF or fertility clinic setting.Demonstrated expertise in IVF procedures, patient management protocols, and gamete/embryo handling principles.
